Pick A Time Conference Scheduling Directions
The conference dates for the spring are Thursday, March 7th from 1:00PM - 3:00PM and 6:00PM until 8:00PM & Friday, March 15th from 1:00PM - 3:00PM.
The spring conferences differ from the fall goal setting conference in two ways. The first is that in fall there is a full day for conferences in the fall which gives numerous slots for parents to sign up for. The second difference is that the fall conferences are a goal setting conference for the year.
Being that there is not a full day of conferences in the spring, time and slots are limited. Because of that, we ask that if you have recently had a meeting with your child’s teacher, please do not feel you need to sign up for a conference again. If you have recently met to discuss your child’s progress at an IEP meeting or met with the teacher in the past month, the information being presented would most likely be very similar to your recent conversation. It would be helpful if slots are left available for families who have not communicated with their child’s teacher recently.
Again, because there are limited slots, do not feel you must attend conferences. Teachers can provide you and update via email or by phone call if you wish a simple, quick update of their progress. Reports cards do go home in the middle of March which is another way to receive student progress updates.
Spring conferences, we will be using the internet based program called “Pick-a-Time” The online sign up feature will be available Thursday, February 14th at 7:00PM, until Wednesday, March 6th at 12:00PM. With two different days to choose from, this is an excellent opportunity to meet with teachers to discuss and develop goals for the coming school year.

If you've previously registered for conferences in the district, all you need to do is enter your e-mail and password that you used previously.
